All products are made to order and fulfilled by our third-party production partner, Printify, and are shipped from production facilities located in Europe.

2. Made-to-Order Products

All items are custom-made once your order is placed.

Because products are made specifically for you:

  • We do not hold inventory.
  • Production begins shortly after purchase.
  • Order modifications or cancellations may not be possible once production starts.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in euro and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices at any time
  • Correct pricing errors
  • Cancel orders due to incorrect pricing

Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept secure payment methods provided through our checkout provider Stripe.

Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full credit or debit card details.

By making a purchase on our Website, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Stripe may perform fraud prevention and identity verification checks in accordance with their policies.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Order Processing & Production Time

Production times typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on the product and production partner.

Shipping time varies by destination but generally ranges between:

  • EU orders: 3–10 business days after production
  • International orders: 5–20 business days after production

These are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Shipping

Products are shipped directly from European production facilities.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Paying any customs duties or import taxes (if applicable outside EU)

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs
  • Postal services
  • Incorrect address information

If a package is returned due to incorrect address details, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The wrong item was received

If your item is damaged or incorrect, you must:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos of the issue
  3. Include your order number

If approved, we will offer:

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Wrong size selected
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

7. Color & Design Variations

  • Fabric differences

We do not guarantee exact color matching.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Issues arising from misuse of products

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
