REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Hoodiegans.

Because all of our products are made to order using print-on-demand production, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy consistent with our fulfillment partner, Printify.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All products sold on our Website are custom-made once an order is placed.

This means:

  • We do not hold inventory.
  • Each item is produced specifically for you.
  • Orders cannot be resold or restocked.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases described below.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • You receive the wrong item

To submit a claim:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number
  3. Provide clear photos showing the issue

Claims submitted without photo evidence may not be approved.

If the claim is approved, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Items Not Eligible for Refund

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Minor color differences due to screen variations
  • Slight print placement variations (within industry tolerance)
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Please review size guides and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after purchase:

  • Orders may only be canceled maximum 2 hours after placing the order.
  • Once production has started, cancellation is not possible.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@hoodiegans.com.

5. Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with household members or neighbors.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will investigate and offer a replacement where appropriate.

6. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, this right does not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized goods.

Because our products are made-to-order, the right of withdrawal does not apply unless the item is defective or damaged.

7. Refund Processing Time

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method.
